Your first appointment includes a comprehensive assessment to understand your health history, current concerns, and movement patterns.
Daniel will perform a thorough examination, explain findings clearly, and provide appropriate chiropractic care on the day if indicated.
This session is designed to create a clear plan that supports your recovery and ongoing wellbeing.

Follow-up appointment that focus’ on your progress, ongoing care, and any changes in symptoms or goals.
Treatment is adapted as needed to support recovery, improve function, and maintain results over time.

This appointment provides assisted soft-tissue massage performed by a trained Assistant under the guidance of your Practitioner.
The session focuses on muscle release, relaxation, and preparing the body for chiropractic care. It can also be booked as a standalone massage session to help reduce muscle tension and improve movement.
Common areas treated include:
Hips and pelvis
Spine and surrounding muscles
Areas of muscle tension or tightness
During the session, the Assistant will note muscle tone and body presentation in your clinical file to support your ongoing care.
