This has been an emotional and challenging time. My hope was always to help grow Spinal Symmetry into what I believed it could become; however, the universe had other plans. I’ve always believed everything happens for a reason — and stepping into this next chapter feels exactly right. With that, I’m incredibly excited to share that in January 2026 I will be launching my own clinic: Alignment Health Co. Alignment Health Co is built on a vision I’ve held for many years — a multidisciplinary, collaborative health space where practitioners from a range of modalities work together to achieve the best outcomes for every individual. Everyone who walks through our doors is unique, and their care should reflect that. This model will allow us to offer more comprehensive, integrated, and personalised care from the moment we open. From day one, you will be able to book in the same treatment options you’re used to, along with dedicated massage appointments. These sessions are a great way to check in on how your body is functioning — our team will not only help release tension but also assess your alignment and guide whether further treatment is needed. As we grow, we will also introduce dedicated practitioners to support your onsite rehab and strength programs. Our beautiful new clinic will be located at: Lot 3, 7 Skyline Place, Frenchs Forest within the brand-new Jardin building. We will have five treatment rooms, a rehab gym space, and a purpose-built environment designed to deliver high-quality, patient centred care. As it is a completely new build, we are working tirelessly to bring it to life. While we don’t yet have an official opening date — this will depend on final fit-out and approvals — we will keep you updated every step of the way. This brings me to one of the main reasons for writing this letter. With December 24th 2025 being my final day at Spinal symmetry, please be sure to book any appointments you may need before Christmas.
